Following the pitch win our new tone of voice and positioning for Cadbury brought it back to its roots and was very much 'of the people', rather than the stylised creative work that had preceded it. All of our work had to feel real, relatable, warm and have generosity at its heart. This brief was to bring recognisable sharing moments to life.
